The Project Team evolved the scheme and continues to consult through monthly meetings with stakeholders. These include a Partnership Meeting with key local authority officers and key members of the Consultant Team and the Applicant; Design Team Meetings, and meetings with Applicant and key local authority officers. The Client and Consultant Team have also met on a monthly basis with more topic specific meetings when required.

| Spawforths will be attending the Monkhill Residents Association meeting on Tuesday 5th February to give a short presentation providing an update on progress with the application, and to give more details and information regarding proposals for highway and road layouts, and traffic calming in the Monkhill area. |
